Whole-school flu vaccinations. If parents/carers have difficulty accessing the online consent form, please may I direct you to the Immunisation Team on 0300 555 5055, Option 7. If you do not wish for your child to have the immunisations, you need to sign in the ‘No consent’ box; this will update your child’s NHS record. ‘No response’ is not ‘No consent ‘. The team will aim to contact parents who have not replied on the day to take a verbal consent.
